The Lambertville-New Hope Ambulance & Rescue Squad responds to approximately 1,900 calls annually. Based in the heart of Lambertville, we provide emergency medical services and marine rescues in Lambertville, New Hope, and Stockton; as well as parts of Solebury, Delaware, and West Amwell township. Our squad is equipped with four ambulances as well as various support vehicles (check out our apparatus page for more information!) to help us support our community with 24/7 staffing every day of the year. Each ambulance is staffed with two emergency medical technicians (EMTs) at all times, as well as additional water rescue personnel from Memorial Day through Labor Day to ensure a quick adequate response to all water related emergencies during the busy tourist season that takes place in the summer. In addition to our marine rescue program, 17 Rescue also has its own K9 Search and Rescue team that participates on New Jersey Task Force 1, a statewide rescue program.
